Using our store

Products and colours

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours, prints and fabric textures can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, so small differences from the photos are not considered a fault. Product descriptions, sizes and availability can change without notice.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • Payment is made using the options offered at checkout.
  • If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know, even after it has been confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product information error, or if we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by courier to the address you give at checkout. Any delivery time we share is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
