Exchange & Return

Need a different size or colour, or something isn't right with your order? Here is how to arrange an exchange or return. The conditions that apply are set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

How to request an exchange or return

1. Contact us. Call +92 333 3399734, email desireclothing570@gmail.com or use our contact form as soon as possible after your order arrives.
2. Share your details. Include your order number, the item and size, and whether you would like an exchange or a return. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please attach clear photos of the item and its packaging.
3. Wait for confirmation. Our team will check your request and reply with the next steps, including where and how to send the item.
4. Pack the item. Send it back unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging, and include your order number in the parcel.
5. We inspect it. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we dispatch your exchange or process your refund and let you know.

Good to know

• Exchanges depend on stock. If your new size or colour is not available, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
• Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match them to your order.
