Refund & Exchange Policy

Contact us first

Every return or exchange starts with a message to our team. Please get in touch as soon as possible after your order arrives, with your order number and the reason for your request. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Items we can accept

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were received, with all original tags and packaging.
• Items must be free of perfume, makeup, stains, pet hair and other signs of use.
• Items bought on sale or with a discount code may not be eligible for a refund. Where this applies it will be stated with the offer.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review it and arrange a replacement, an exchange or a refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We are happy to help you exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour, subject to stock. If the item you want is not available, we will offer you an alternative or a refund for the returned item.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or by another method agreed with you. The time it takes for the money to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs

Unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect, original delivery charges are not refundable, and the cost of sending an item back to us is the customer's responsibility.
